Ranbir Kapoor wins hearts with his powerful performance in the action crime film ‘Animal’
Ranbir Kapoor, who recently made it to the headlines for his powerful performance in his new release Animal, gave a befitting answer to people criticising his film.
For the unversed, a segment of society dubbed the action crime movie ‘misogynist’ and called out the makers for promoting violence.
In response, Ranbir shared that the success of his latest project is an answer to all the negative critiques.
As per Hindustan Times, at the success party of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial, the Barfi star said, “I want to thank all of you for being here today to celebrate Animal.”
He continued, “It is a film that a section of people had an issue with but I feel the kind of love, success and the numbers (it has received) proves that nothing goes beyond the love for a movie. Nothing goes beyond movies.”
The director of the hit film also took a moment and expressed his heartfelt gratitude towards the cast and crew of Animal.
Sandeep said, “”Every character was very special and striking in the film and it happened because of everybody’s hard work.”
He added, “Thank you to the producer, lyricist, musicians, and thank you everyone.”
The success bash of Animal, which took place on January 6, was attended by the movie’s cast including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Prem Chopra, Suresh Oberoi, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Siddhant Karnick.
