All adoption fees will be fully covered by Doll 10 Beauty in support of this lifesaving initiative, as the shelter is contending with an uptick of surrendered and stray animals due in large part to financial and personal hardships of pet owners.

“Never take time for granted. Animal shelters across the country are filled with pets that need our time, andthe time for us to make a difference is now,” said Dr. Doris Dalton, founder of Doll 10 Beauty and former Mrs.America titleholder. “Ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away, because the battle for abandonedanimals is never over.”

This marks the fourth annual Dolls for Paws Adoption Event. Twenty-nine shelter pets found new homes in the2021 event.

“Our goal is to top previous year’s success by matching even more animals with their foreverfamilies in 2022,” noted Dalton.
