“Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s next endeavour includes Spirit and Animal Park in the pipeline.

As a result of his box office blockbuster films like Kabir Singh and Animal many are waiting for Sandeep Reddy Vanga to make his announcement about the upcoming directorial soon. As per the latest reports, after finishing his trip to Tirumala, the filmmaker has begun filming the highly anticipated police procedural action thriller Spirit. Vanga plans to have the film in theatres by December 2024, and pre-production is already well underway. Spirit was not Vanga’s next film starring Allu Arjun, despite what the industry has been saying.
Development and progress of Animal Park sequel
As per reports in Pinkvilla, those in the know say that Vanga is eager to start filming Animal Park immediately following Spirit. He has actually begun penning the screenplay for Animal Park. A large number of pivotal characters from Animal will appear in the sequel, and he has already laid out the story. Animal Park features a stellar cast, including the returning Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri, as well as Upendra Limaye. The writers have laid out each character’s backstory for the sequel; the next step is to weave them together through the screenplay. Additionally, a source close to the development claimed that many more actors would join the cast.
Currently, Vanga is planning to film Spirit over four months, beginning in December 2024, and then debut it in theatres from November 2025 to January 2026. In 2026, the filmmaker will immerse himself completely in the Animal Park universe. The insider noted that while a brief schedule may be in the works before 2025, the full-fledged shoot won’t begin until Spirit’s release.

Ranbir Kapoor’s role and schedule in Animal Park
Meanwhile, Ranbir will also wrap up his filming for Love and War and Ramayana before heading to Animal Park. The actor is, in fact, very excited to play a double role in Animal Park.

The insider revealed to the entertainment portal that if everything goes as planned, Ranbir will complete shooting for Ramayana as well as Love and War, before moving on to Animal Park.
Allu Arjun is currently filming Pushpa 2 with Sukumar. In October or November of 2024, he will team up with Atlee for a project that is scheduled to go on floors. The release dates for the Trivikram flick are uncertain at this time. Once Animal Park is out in theatres, only then will Allu Arjun and Vanga team together.
