CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 48-year-old woman is under arrest on an animal cruelty charge.
Levette Dority hit a dog with a bat on Friday, a dog warden wrote in her criminal complaint filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
There is video footage from the deputy dog warden, court records show.
Dority of Bond Hill was scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Monday.
She was booked into the jail at 11:32 p.m. on Saturday, jail records show.
