This
delicious, quick and easy breakfast is a great start during the holidays. It will carry you through a busy day, and
can be made the night before to save extra time!
Quick Festive Cereal
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of Just Right cereal
– 1 cup of crushed Weet-bix cereal
– 2 cups of soy milk (or other
plant based milk)
– 1 cup of fresh fruit (we used
leftover cherries and grapes from a Christmas function!)
– 1 teaspoon peanut butter
– 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup
– 1 container of Coyo vegan yogurt
Method:
– Cover the cereal with the
soy milk and leave for ten minutes in the fridge.
– Once soaked, add the peanut butter,
rice malt syrup and Coyo.
– Sprinkle with fresh fruit and voila! Serves two in
under 15 minutes.
