Skarlett Plunkett, 3, was all smiles after receiving a balloon animal from Porgie the Funny Balloon Guy during a visit to Stanton Elementary. Porgie, also known as George Caban, delighted preschoolers as he created colorful puppies, cats, teddy bears and more and entertained the youngsters with his zany humor.
