WHETHER YOU’RE A CAT PERSON OR A DOG PERSON, COME STRUT WITH ADLA!
Posted on , updated on
On Saturday, October 20th, ADLA will be participating in Best Friends Animal Society national FUN-draiser! Strut Your Mutt will be held in Cesar Chavez Park at 9am. The day starts with a leisurely walk (feel free to bring your dog) alongside like-minded animal lovers. Food trucks, vendors, and lots of fun activities round out this family friendly festival to make it a day you won’t forget. Although cats are not allowed at the event, ADLA members will be showing off their felines with pictures. But let’s be honest, cats do enough strutting as it is and prefer we do their work for them!
You can still register at the event.
Let’s show Maricopa County that it’s not just for dogs anymore! Come out and help us represent the outdoor cats of Arizona. And while your there swing by our booth and get our brand new ADLA t-shirts!
If you can’t make it to the event there is still time to make your donation here! ADLA’s goal is to raise $5,000 (OR MORE!).
We hope to see you there!

Every year Best Friends hosts Strut Your Mutt, a charitable walk where participants can bring their dog, in various cities across the United States. Best Friends Animal Society is a nationwide animal rescue and advocacy group with a mission to end pet homelessness. The event is at no cost to local organizations who participate and the funds raised stay in the local communities at the event site.
